Voices of the Tent is the first of a series of books by David Gehue, a Mi'Kmaq man who has the gift of storytelling. Watch this site as future books become available.

In Voices of the Tent, David Gehue talks about his early life, how he acquired the shake tent and his role as a shaker. He takes you inside the happenings of ceremony to give you a glimpse into the power of belief and hope that lives within this ancient Native Indian spiritual ceremony.

Through Voices of the Tent David begins a process of showing us the potential that came with us from the spirit world. He talks about our abilities, our strength, and the power that making positive life changes can make in our lives. We too can access the spirits who are around us at all times, helping us to be the best we can be.

Through David's stories you will feel the gift of caring and sharing that he brings to his role as a spiritual leader. His respect, love of people, his endurance and some of the incredible steps he has walked as a blind man who was gifted to help the people.
